SUBSTITUTIONS: Because of the many varying factors with fresh flower leis we may occasionally need to substitute requested leis for ones that are comparable in price and style. We will try to notify you in advance but sometimes our suppliers in Hawaii will need to make substitutions at the last moment before shipment.

SHIPPERS: Little Grass Shack will not be held responsible for any delivery problems that are directly related to United Air Cargo, CFI, USPS or FedEx. Shippers will be responsible for the replacement or refund of orders if they fail to fulfill their delivery commitment under normal circumstances. Once this is established you will receive a refund.

OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee leis and flowers will arrive in good condition with the exception of the provisions above. If you are not satisfied with your fresh flower leis please return within 24 hours and a refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: Please cancel orders at least 72 hours before ship date from Hawai'i for a full refund. Orders canceled less than 72 hours from the ship date from Hawai'i may not receive a full refund depending on circumstances. We require your credit card information to hold orders. It will not be charged unless you fail to cancel or pick up your order. The 72 hour cancellation policy is in effect unless otherwise stated on your invoice or contract.

DEPOSITS: Large orders may require a deposit. This may or may not be refundable depending on circumstances. This will be determined at the time the deposit is made.
